At SelfWorthFlame, all our candles are handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited refund policy.
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photos and a video of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided, as applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
